Getting Started – A Quick Guide
Fill and complete iBiz Muamalat application form and required document, and submit to your home branch. Visit our branch for the form or download from www.muamalat.com.my
Collect Pin Mailer (and 2FA USB Token for Authorizer) upon confirmation from your home branch.
Login to https://ibiz.muamalat.com.my. Login using User ID and Password provided through the Pin Mailer.
First time user will be asked to change to own password.
Key in TAC number from your mobile phone and click submit
System log out and re-login using User ID with changed password
