          Bank Muamalat is dedicated to its people, recognising that a committed and skilled workforce is fundamental to sustained
          growth  and  long-term  resilience.  As  at  31  December  2024,  our  team  comprised  2,508  employees,  reflecting  a  balanced  and
          inclusive environment with a composition of 55% male and 45% female.
          This year, our team expanded with the addition of 481 new employees, a testament to the strength of our brand and our
          compelling  market  position.  While  the  departure  of  385  employees  during  the  year  necessitated  close  monitoring,  it  also
          provided us with valuable insights. In response, we have actively focused on enhancing our employee value proposition to
          foster greater retention, career development, and a culture that encourages every individual to thrive and grow with us.
