37. KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL REMUNERATION
Key management personnel are defined as those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and
controlling the activities of the Group and the Bank either directly or indirectly.
The remuneration of Chief Executive Officers’ and other key members of management during the financial year was
as follows:
