New iBiz Muamalat Migration Process

Step 1: Submit Migration Request

Submit your Migration Letter to your home branch of Bank Muamalat along with the required supporting documents.

Step 2: Branch Verification

The branch will verify all submitted documents and forward them to BMMB HQ (iBiz Operation and Support team) for migration onboarding.

Step 3: Migration Onboarding

The iBiz Operations and Support team will proceed with onboarding of your account to the new platform upon receive complete documents from branch.

Step 4: Training (Optional)

Training will be conducted upon request to help customers use the new iBiz Muamalat platform effectively.

Step 5: Migration Completion

Migration onboarding is considered complete once the customer successfully logs in to the new iBiz Muamalat system.


Migration Timeline

Migration begins: October 2025

Discontinuation of old iBiz Muamalat: After 31st May 2026

Users will be notified via email or business address prior to migration. You are encourage to update your current address and contact details such as mobile numbers and e-mail address before the migration process for smooth setup and migration onboarding to New iBiz Muamalat.
