Migrate to New iBiz Muamalat
Beginning November 2025, our existing Corporate Internet Banking (“CIB”) customers currently using the Old iBiz Muamalat platform will be gradually migrated to New iBiz Muamalat.
The migration will be carried out in phases, segmented by customer groups segment and priority. This initiative is to enable Bank Muamalat business and corporate customers to benefit from the new platform-New iBiz Muamalat, particularly in payment services, and to achieve greater cost efficiency by consolidating all business customers under a single, centralized system.

When my old iBiz Muamalat profile will be migrated to New iBiz Muamalat ?
Migration will start progressively from November 2025 onward in phases and the customers will be notified accordingly as per below:
Notification
Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad will send 1st Notification to all old iBiz Muamalat Customers on the migration to New iBiz Muamalat in phases, beginning November 2025.
Action Required:
For early migration or profile updates please submit a new application form at the nearest branch.
Notification
Bank will send 2nd Notification to inform on the scheduled migration to the New iBiz Muamalat platform to selected customers.
Action Required:
- Review and update company/user details within 30 days of this notice.
- If amendments are needed, submit a Migration Request Form to your branch.
Migration Date
On the actual migration date, the user credential will be sent to the new users of the New iBiz Muamalat. All new users will receive an email from ibiz_noreply@muamalat.com.my and SMS from 66300 to your registered email address and mobile number upon successful onboarding to iBiz Muamalat.
Notification
Bank will send 3rd Notification once your company’s migration to New iBiz Muamalat has been successfully completed. You can now access the new platform at https://ibizmuamalat.com.my.
Notification
Bank will send 4th Notification to inform that the Old iBiz Muamalat platform has been officially discontinued as of the specified date. All corporate and business banking services are now fully transitioned to New iBiz Muamalat. If you require training to use the new iBiz Muamalat, kindly email us at training.ibiz@muamalat.com.my with your company details and list of attendees for the online training.
Can the customer request to be migrated earlier than the scheduled date?
Answer: Yes. You can. Please follow this process for early migration request.
If no changes of user details and user profile (business as usual), kindly proceed to submit migration request to our iBiz Operations & Support Team ( ibiz@muamalat.com.my ).
If there are changes of user details, user profile and. etc, kindly proceed to submit migration request to your branch for their verification and further action together with all supporting documents
Migration Timeline
Migration begins: November 2025
Discontinuation of old iBiz Muamalat: After 31st May 2026
Users will be notified via email or business address prior to migration. You are encouraged to update your current address and contact details such as mobile numbers and e-mail address before the migration process for smooth setup and migration onboarding to New iBiz Muamalat.
