- One application per family
- All individuals & joint applicants
- For fixed income earners or non-fixed income earners or self-employed
- Applications are open until 31 August 2026
Benefits
- House purchase price or market value of up to RM1,000,000
- Margin of Financing of up to a maximum of 100% inclusive financing of Moving Costs and Related Expenses (MCRE) i.e. MRTT, Legal and Valuation Fees
Documents required
Fixed Income Earner:
- Photocopy of MyKad
- Latest 1-month salary slip
- Latest 1-month Bank Statement
- Latest EA / EC / J Form
- Verification through the ‘HRMIS’ System for government servants
- Original S&P Agreement/ booking sheet/ down payment receipt
- Certified true copy of Police Report and Application Declaration Form
- Any additional documents (if required)
Self-Employed or Non-Fixed Income Earners:
- Photocopy of IC;
- Latest 6 months Bank or deposit account statement (personal / business)
- Business and relevant license; or self-employed related document (whichever is applicable)
- Latest tax receipt
- Visit business premises (for verification of employment and/or conducting business)
- Certified true copy of Police Report and Application Declaration Form
- Any additional documents (if required)
