Eligibility	Individual aged between 18 to 70 years old (at maturity age) with evidence of income only. Malaysian Bumiputera and citizens of Malaysia aged 18 years and above, under ASNB guidelines.
Financing Amount	Minimum : RM10,000 Maximum: RM200,000
Tenure	Minimum : 5 years Maximum: 35 years Note: Up to 70 years old at financing maturity, whichever is earlier
Margin of Finance	Up to 100% + 5% inclusive of GCTT
Required Documents	Photocopy of MyKad Latest ASNB Cash Investment Details Statement   Fixed Income Earner Latest 1 month payslip / pension and latest 1 month Bank’s Account Statement; OR Latest EPF Statement; OR Latest Borang BE   Self-Employed/Businessman Latest Income Tax; OR Latest 6 months CASA Statement account; AND   Supported by ONE of following documents (if necessary): Latest 6 months Tabung Haji Statement account; OR Latest ASNB Statement account; OR Any proof of net worth.
