Ez-Zakat Muamalat Gold-i
Ez-Zakat Muamalat Gold-i is a facility that will automatically calculate and make deductions to depositors ‘ gold savings accounts that have enough haul and nisab. Bank Muamalat is the first bank to make gold zakat automatically from the customer’s account directly to the state Islamic Religious Council (MAIN) account.
Facilities:-
- Facilitate for all Bank Muamalat customers who are Muslims to fulfill their Zakat obligations on their gold investments;
- Depositors do not have to go to the zakat counter to pay zakat;
- Zakat deduction is done automatically when enough haul and nisab;
Ez-Zakat Muamalat Gold-i is zakat charged on gold stored in the Muamalat Gold-I Account and does not take into account physical gold or gold stored in other accounts or financial institutions.
