ii.Account Management

• Why you need to call your branch for balance and statement request while you can self-enquire your cash positions and assets at your convenience.

  Transaction History	Historical transaction captured in the company’s account and viewable for current month plus last 5 months.

Getting Started – A Quick Guide

STEP 1
Fill and complete iBiz Muamalat application form and required document, and submit to your home branch. Visit our branch for the form or download from https://www.muamalat.com.my/business-banking/ibiz-muamalat/ link

STEP 2
User ID and Password will be sent to your email (and 2FA USB Token for Authorizer) upon confirmation from your home branch.

STEP 3
New iBiz Muamalat -Login to https://www.ibizmuamalat.com.my/iportalweb/CBXLogin.jsp Login using User ID and Password provided.
or
iBiz Muamalat -Login to https://ibiz.muamalat.com.my Login using User ID and Password provided.

STEP 4
First time user will be asked to change to own password.

STEP 5
Key in TAC number from your mobile phone and click submit

STEP 6
System log out and re-login using User ID with changed password

STEP 7
You may start using iBiz Muamalat!
